We had planned to head back up the Cabot trail and do the skyline hike but a steady light rain killed that. So we slept in, caught up on the trip notes and drove around the Margaree(s). The two things we were most interested in didn't work out: a local potter, Cape Breton Clay - was closed for inventory, and the waterfall hike we never found. The evening ended with live music from "1/3 of a dozen" - a very nice mix of traditional Celtic music and their own contemporary songs.
There must be at least ten towns that are some variation on Margaree. The receptionist informed us everyone likes the name. Now is that west south south west Margaree or east south south west Margaree ?
