Laundry ! after almost a week on the road it is time to do laundry (we smell even with the top down). A good day for inside stuff, we are going to visit the Alexander Graham Bell museum, stop in on the local WWW publisher Moran Dan and update our trip. Whats left of the day will be spent locally shoping, drive etc.
It was a slow sort of day - breakfast, laundry not very exciting. We enjoyed meeting fellow web publishers Virginia and Richard they gave us some tips for our vacation on Cape Breton and then we talked shop. Had a great lunch at the Highwheeler Cafe in town. The eating in Baddeck has not been terrific, this place is on our good list, fresh bread and homemade soup is always a winner.
This is the second lodging we successfully contacted and reserved through the Web. It was sunny over Big Harbour and Lal's home-style B&B was as good as we expected and her garden, a blooming labor of love.
